We're back at home in Hong Kong with some wonderful memories of our Experienceit tour of Morocco which went without a hitch right from the start to the finish. We have no doubt that the success of the trip was in no small way due to the tireless efforts of our driver/guide Namir. He is an individual that truly enjoys his work and that was communicated to us in a myriad of small ways. (Even finding some shoelaces in the medina when mine gave way) The itinerary based on your 13 day tour gave us an opportunity to see virtually all of the country and to experience the culture of the people on a first hand basis.
 
While in Fez, Namir was gracious enough to invite us to his home where we had the opportunity to meet his lovely wife, experience a lunch of some of the best Cous Cous ever and to enjoy the antics of his two beautiful daughters. A truly happy family.

Our tour was wonderful.  It was well organised and moved at a pace that was not too fast, or slow. We experienced so much in our 10 days.

Everything went smoothly and Namir, our driver, was a wonder. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and thoroughly obliging. He managed to help us do whatever we wanted. Through him we were able to understand Morocco and its culture and history.

He also became a great friend to us all, especially our children aged 9 and 17, keeping their needs in mind all the time. He even took our son for a haircut and Mark Moroccan CD shopping in Marrakech. Louis still sports his buzzcut (identical to Namir's). Namir's recommendations for restaurants and extra activities on our free days were great. He was always concerned for our wellbeing and made our trip a pleasure.

We all had an amazing time in this beautiful country. Thank you all, especially Namir.

I write to say a very big thank you for all your efforts in planning such a superb trip for Barry, James and I to Morocco in November. We had a truly wonderful adventure and talk about our experiences, the sites, smells and tastes often. It was a perfect holiday and Morocco served as a stunning backdrop for our reunion.
  
Driver
We were picked up by Ahmed from Marrakesh Airport and had the pleasure of his driving, local knowledge, company, friendly demeanour and smiles, and assistance until he left us in Fes. Ahmed was one of the highlights of our holiday. Nothing was too much for him and he went out of his way to make our experience extra special and greatly assisted us in translating and even helped us to buy train tickets that we required after our official tour ended. He was very caring when one of us became unwell. He was polite, punctual and left a lasting impression on all three of us. We would highly recommend him. The car was also very comfortable and was clean throughout.

Morocco is very amazing country and I was very happy to get the chance to see it.
 
Most memorable would be Chefchaouen, despite the cold and rain/ snow. Amazing blue town surrounded by ever green (and white from snow) mountains. Also Sahara experience was very nice.

Thank you for a wonderful experience in Morocco. We really enjoyed the length of the trip, as it fit it with our holiday break. The trip you planned was well organized, meet out travel requests, and included a wide variety of experineces in Morocco.

We were pleased with the "go as you please" feel with our driver. Rostom Badarane was excellent at being flexible. He was accomodating to our schedule, wants, and needs. His easy-going attitude made for a very relaxing vacation. He was very respectful, spoke english well and easy-going. This was particularly helpful when our luggage was lost for 8 days. He took us to supermarkets to get what we needed, made multiple phone calls in our behalf, and drove us out of the way to locate our luggage. Rostom had excellent recommendations for restaurants and helped us find the items we wanted to purchase. He was very concerend with our sercurity and safety as women travelers.Rostom was very accomodating!!

We are happy to be home but Morocco was definitely a highlight in our three month trip.It is great to be given the opportunity to provide feedback for your tour, so here goes!

Driss was an absolute wonder! He was a skilled and careful driver and kept the vehicle in tip top condition. Driss can be relied on to handle any situation with exceptional ease. Our time with him was very enjoyable as he has excellent interpersonal skills and a great sense of humour. His flexible response to our requests was a highlight, as we felt we could request anything reasonable and Driss would make it happen with a smile! We were impressed with Driss' fluency in a number of languages. He was able to answer all our cultural questions in depth because of his facility with English and because he genuinely wanted us to understand more about the country of which he is so proud. He would be just the right person for leading luxury tours, meeting the high service expectations of such clients in every respect. We greatly appreciated that there was no 'hard sell" from Driss.  Driss is a class act and a huge asset to Experience-It Tours!

All of us had a fantastic time in Morocco, and everything you did to help us organize the trip went very smoothly.  You guys do an amazing job.  Thank you, and please thank Jeff for us as well in helping us sort out our driver request.  Hamid Zerheri was so attentive and wonderful, and he helped to make our trip the great experience that it was.  He knows the art of making travelers feel comfortable and feel as though they are in good, competent hands.  Our first driver was not as experienced in what it takes to make travelers feel at ease. He may just need more time and mentoring.  Thanks for arranging to have Hamid take his place for us - it worked out just great.

Our guide in Fez, Hakim Mohammed, was so unforgettable and such an asset to your company too.

We hope to return to Morocco sometime and won't hesitate to have your kind assistance once again.

I was meaning to write you a short note about our experience in Morocco.  But it’s taken me until today to get sorted out with work and home stuff. The entire tour was extremely well organized.  The camel trek and night at the Sahara was the highlight of our trip and far exceeded our expectations. Our favorite city was Fez and we enjoyed getting lost in the labyrinth of the Fez medina.
 
Rostom, our driver, was an excellent host and driver throughout our stay with him from Casablanca airport back to Casablanca.  He was always thoughtful and made our trip an amazing experience.  His English was excellent; he drove safely and surely through difficult mountain passes and through long roads through the desert; and he always conducted himself with professionalism and integrity; and he was a genuine pleasure to be with.  He also did an incredible job catering to all our requests (especially Meknes and Volubilis) and went out of his way to make sure that we would experience the authentic side of Morocco.  He was very courteous, on time and was always thinking of making sure that our daily schedule allowed for maximum sight-seeing but still have time for relaxation.  He was very knowledgeable about the country and its culture, and was great about sharing such knowledge.  My sister and I were very lucky to have him as our driver.

We returned last night and wanted to write before things got crazy here with the holiday season. I'm sorry we didn't get the chance to meet you Aaron in Fes but as you can imagine it was a packed couple of days.

I just wanted to share my thoughts about the trip with you. First, I am not a tour guide person nor am I am tour group person... So, we decided to go with the tour idea.

Ok, BEST.IDEA.EVER. We (I) LOVE how you operate. I'm recommending you to everyone I know. I had 2 other groups of friends go to Morocco at the same time last week, one with Gap Travel and one with another private tour whose name I can't recall but they had some incidents and I don't know why but I felt so protected from that stuff from Namir even though we were doing things w/o him. No one hassled us. No one got sick from food. The long drives which I was personally dreading were so comfortable and so fun. Namir was able to break up the drives so they didn't seem all that long and the car we had for us was perfect size. (And, he loves that car like it's his baby, which is what we ended up calling it haha!) And, as you may know, I had some friends from London who were in Marrakech for the last couple of days and I wanted to have them join us on our trip to Essaouira on Sat. I spoke to Namir who called Jeff Wilson and BOTH repeated to us separately "the most important thing is you have a good time."  My friends from London loved the day trip and I'm so grateful to you all for not making any big deal about them joining us for the day. I feel like your tour allowed us and Namir the freedom to do what WE wanted last minute or in advance. I love the fact that Namir didn't have to "check in" with the bosses if we wanted to do something different like go to Essaouira on Sat because the festival closed stuff in Marrakech.

This was one of the most beautiful trips I've ever taken, and if you go to my website you'll see that I travel a lot.  Morocco was not on the top of my list of places to see but I"m so glad I've visited because it quickly became one of the top trips.  The Sahara  experience with the dune surfing, camel trek and a night in berber tent was unforgetable.  Being able to tell your guide/driver, when and where we want to go was a great advantage over bussed tours.  We have been spreading the word in Big Apple about Experience It Tours to everyone we meet.  One of our friends just started a travel company and we will make sure she oranizes a trip to Morocco.

Last but not least our trip could not be the same without Mr Namir!  You can tell immediatelly how much he loves his work, his country and meeting new people.  This trip wouldn't be the same without him, we are absolutely convinced about it.   He made sure our trip was smooth, we felt safe at all times, his driving was smooth and he was a life saver when he suggested we take a day trip to Essouira when marakesh was closed for the holidays.  If any of our referals ever decide to go with our suggestion and book a trip to MOrocco, I would like you to keep in mind (as they might forget) that we would like Namir to be their driver.   

Thank you for allowing us to create uforgettable memories and make new friends for life.   We are looking forword to working with you again as Joanne and I are hoping to take a trip to Libya some time in the future and we'd love to speak to you about when the time comes.
